Bob is a partner in the Cincinnati office. Bob’s more than 20-year career encompasses experience in every facet of workers' compensation including intentional torts, safety violations and retaliatory discharge cases. His practice includes representation before the Industrial Commission, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, Courts of Common Pleas, and the Ohio Supreme Court.
Bob has extensive experience in workers' compensation reform, particularly in the area of workers' compensation and the professional athlete. He has been lead counsel in a number of precedent setting decisions on workers’ compensation issues in both the Appellate Courts of Ohio and the Ohio Supreme Court. Bob is also frequently retained to represent employers in premium and self-insurance disputes with the Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation. A popular speaker for a variety of trade associations and businesses, Bob has also contributed articles for the Workers' Compensation Journal of Ohio.
Bob is a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, the Ohio State Bar Association and the National Football League’s Workers' Compensation Advisory Panel.
Bob earned his Bachelor’s degree from the Northwestern University School of Speech and is a 1982 graduate of The Ohio State University College of Law.
